CheQpoint Queensland

(Gold Coast and Brisbane)

We've partnered with QuIHN and QuIVAA to operate CheQpoint: Queensland's first fixed-site drug checking service. CheQpoint is voluntary, free and confidential, and funded by Queensland Health.

CheQpoint is open:

• Fridays 2pm-6pm at QuIHN Gold Coast (Burleigh Heads)

• Fridays 2pm-6pm at QuIHN Brisbane (Bowen Hills)

CheQpoint services are located in QuIHN, which is a harm reduction agency. QuIHN also offers other services related to alcohol and other drugs, including counselling, a GP clinic, and a needle and syringe program. On-site parking is available, and public transport is nearby.

We service data for public access and transparency. The ​CheQpoint website hosts PDF versions of our monthly and event service reports (data about what we found and what our service did), and any public notices (information about findings that we think the public should know about).
