VOLUNTEER WITH US

The Loop Australia is a volunteer-based organisation. We have teams of organisers and service delivery volunteers based in Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland. Our teams work collaboratively towards our mission to deliver a world-class drug checking service and disseminate information about drugs to individuals, service providers and policy makers.
As a volunteer, you will become part of a network of Australians who are passionate about creating a safer society where everyone can access accurate, timely and relevant information to make more informed decisions about drugs. As well as utilising your own skills and contributing your own ideas, you'll learn and share knowledge with other like-minded volunteers and professionals.
There are many ways to get involved depending on your experience, availability, and interests. Our two broad categories of volunteers are organisers and event service volunteers.
We encourage applications from people with lived experience of drug use. We also encourage First Nations people, people with a disability, LGBTIQ+ and other sexuality, gender, and bodily diverse people, and people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds to apply. If we can do anything to remove barriers and make the application process more accessible to you, please contact us confidentially.
